We are partnering with a prestigious financial planning organisation that is experiencing a period of sustained growth. Our client is a well-established name in the industry, renowned for delivering exceptional financial planning services to clients across the UK.

Due to their ongoing expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Administration to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the administrative operations that support the firm’s Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IFA Administrators, ensuring the team operates efficiently and meets high performance standards.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure seamless support for Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, maintaining the firm's strong reputation for quality and professionalism.
  • Streamline and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity across the team.
  • Manage workloads within the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities.
  • Handle escalated client issues promptly, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial services or IFA administration processes.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience within a financial services environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a senior administration or leadership role would be advantageous, but we will also consider experienced IFA Administrators looking to step into a leadership role.
