Head of Asset Management - Adecco : Job Details

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for the housing industry? We are seeking a Head of Asset Management to join our client's dynamic organisation. As the Head of Asset Management, you will play a key role in developing and delivering their Asset Management, Investment, and Regeneration services. �?

? Develop and implement the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

? Lead the team to achieve the Decent Homes Standard and meet the requirements of the Regulator's Home Standard.

? Drive the organisation's decarbonization targets and contribute to their environmental vision.

? Ensure full statutory compliance across the service area, including CDM regulations and health and safety requirements.

? Manage budgets and procurement processes to deliver efficient and value-for-money asset management.

? Lead and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

? Collaborate with senior management to drive sector-leading performance and promote innovation.

?? HNC/Degree in building and/or construction (essential).

? Demonstrated leadership experience in asset management and building maintenance.

? In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations, planning, and health and safety requirements.

? Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

? Ability to make informed decisions and propose effective solutions.

? Excellent team and line management skills.

? Proficiency in ICT tools and software, including Excel and asset/compliance databases.
