  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all properties meet regulatory standards for building safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Investment Planning: Oversee the planning and delivery of capital investment programmes, including planned maintenance, refurbishment, and retrofit projects.
  • Sustainability: Lead the organisation's approach to decarbonisation and energy efficiency, ensuring the portfolio meets net-zero and EPC targets.
  • Data and Insight: Drive improvements in asset performance by leveraging data and technology to inform decision-making and investment priorities.
  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the asset management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the senior lead for asset-related matters, engaging effectively with internal teams, residents, contractors, and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader with a strong background in asset management and social housing. Key attributes include:

  • Experience: Significant experience in asset management, including strategy development and managing large investment programmes.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of housing regulations, compliance standards, building safety, and sustainability in the housing sector.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, inspire performance, and deliver results at a senior level.
  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled at balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals to deliver value-for-money improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: A confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and senior leaders.
  • Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
What's on Offer
  • A competitive salary package (dependent on experience) with excellent benefits.
  • Hybrid working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • The opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a mission-driven organisation.
