Job Description :
Role Overview We are seeking a Head of Brand to join our newly formed Brand, Marketing, Creative and Communications team.The role holder will use deep knowledge of brand strategy development to lead our brand efforts, leading and developing a newly formed team.You’ll own the development and leadership of our brand strategy, helping to turn us from an organisation with low brand awareness to an organisation which is known and loved by the audiences it serves.You’ll have experience across B2B, consumer and, ideally, “connector” audiences, too (connectors are Nest’s term for intermediaries like employee benefits consultants, payroll providers and other third party brokers and partners).You’ll understand how to develop and lead brand strategies that can connect with audiences, using deep human insight to power your thinking at every stage.You’ll also have extensive experience of developing multi-million, long-term creative brand building campaigns.  You’ll have managed significant multi-million pound budgets and will be experienced of thinking about brand in the broadest sense, where what we do and how we behave are as – if not more – important than what we say.The role will lead, develop and coach a team of brand specialists, together with a roster of agencies.We are open to discussing working patterns.We welcome all internal applicants to apply for our roles, regardless of your current working pattern or hours.
