Offices near Esher, Surrey - work from home 1 day per week

Salary circa £70k

This is an exciting opportunity to join this thriving FMCG business for someone withexperience of working with beauty brands, who has financial acumen and strength, a trading mentality and who is a successful relationship builder!

Key role responsibilities:

• Strategic thinking - including bringing structure and leadership to the team and wider business, developing strategies to deploy successful marketing campaigns, and analysing market trends
• Analytical skills - research, identify and monitor market trends, competitor products, and brand success to reactively and proactively drive brand performance
• Communication & presentation - ensuring clear communication, presentation and contribute valuable information on brand metrics to the wider business
• Implementation - working hand in hand to build strategic relationships, create and develop strategies, implement campaigns and work collaboratively to drive brands forward

About you

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in managing luxury beauty brands, along with an analytical mindset, ability to build relationships and experience in leading/mentoring a team. You’ll need to be comfortable working to tight timescales, have a reactive and proactive approach, and strong commercial and financial awareness.
