Description

• Lead and manage a dedicated finance team
• Focused management and development of the Finance Business Partners and working closely with senior stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with the organisation's goals.
• Provide crucial business insights and financial advice to stakeholders.
• Manage budget planning and control processes.
• Drive business performance and financial efficiency.
• Development of current ERP system
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the organisation.

Profile

The successful Head of Business Partnering should have:

• Qualified accountant
• Proven experience in a similar senior finance role
• Must have Not For Profit sector experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a dedicated team.
• Strong financial skills
• Ability to drive change
• Experience of developing IT systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial strategy and provide business insights.

Job Offer

• £375 - £425 a day
