One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Head of Claims within Insurance.

Location - Channel Islands - Guernsey or Jersey

Permanent role

Salary £80,000 - 120,000 + bonus and excellent benefits

(Income tax within the Islands is fixed at 20%)

Housing licence will be provided and assistance with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands who are looking to relocate to Jersey or Guernsey.

Experience:

· Must have strong Insurance sector experience - Commercial / General

· Experience in a Head of Claims, Senior Claims Manager, Claims Director role

· People Management, training and development - Team size is approx. 2-3 Direct and 25 Indirect

· Great vision and strategy experience

· Communication skills - happy operating at all levels including Senior Management / Board
