Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer / Head of Department

This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with ambition, initiative and the drive to succeed. To join an established firm of solicitors based in Liverpool.

The Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer will possess an in-depth knowledge of commercial property law and handle various related matters, such as commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, secured lending, and development agreements.

The candidate will also need to build a strong client relationship with both new and existing clients.

• The candidate must be a qualified solicitor or lawyer with at least four years of experience in commercial property within a reputable law firm.
• Proficiency in commercial property law is required, including knowledge of commercial conveyancing, leasing, development agreements, and property disposals.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• A meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage a demanding workload effectively are also necessary.
• The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
• A high level of commercial acumen and adaptability to evolving situations is imperative.

Offering

Competitive salary (£70K+) dependent upon qualification and experience

25 days Annual Leave (increasing with length of service) plus Bank Holidays.
