About the Role:

As the Head of Communications, you'll be at the heart of the firm's growth story. Leading a talented team, you'll shape and deliver impactful communications across key markets. From steering media relations to crafting compelling internal communications and managing the firm's public image, you'll ensure consistent messaging that resonates. Reporting to the Director of BD, Marketing, and Communications, you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to make the firm's values, vision, and culture shine.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently at Head of Communications level in the legal, professional, or financial services sectors
• Strategic, dynamic, and excited by the challenge of delivering a cohesive, multi-channel communications approach
• Skilled in media relations, with a network of key industry contacts
• A motivating team leader who can inspire and nurture a high-performing team
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proactive, adaptable, and experienced in change management and stakeholder engagement
