Head of Compliance - Finitas : Job Details

Head of Compliance | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £90 - 110,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be supporting a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for Head of Compliance to join their team. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be working in a standalone role leading the charge when it comes to all things compliance.

You will be responsible for the day to day compliance and ensuring a strategic compliance framework across the business. Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ongoing oversight and updating of all policies and procedures including the compliance manual
• Implementation of new FCA regulations as required
• Monthly compliance checks, contract certainty, file checks and MI
• Client and insurer TOBA's
• Staff compliance training
• Monthly reporting to senior management

Experience required:

• Minimum 7 years compliance experience.
• Must be from an insurance background - ideally Lloyd's broker
• Strong working knowledge of the FCA regulations.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.

Please note that this role has travel within the Hertfordshire area and London.
