Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Compliance Strategy: Develop and implement a compliance vision that aligns with the businesses' Go-To-Market strategy, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Lead and Empower: Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing compliance team, fostering collaboration across diverse business functions.
• Design Effective Solutions: Create and enforce robust compliance programs, policies, and procedures that address evolving regulatory requirements.
• Manage Risk: Oversee compliance risk assessments, delivering proactive strategies and guidance to mitigate risks effectively.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Stay informed on local and international regulations, advising the company on compliance standards and legislative updates.

About You:

• Extensive Experience: 8+ years of professional expertise, including 4+ years in a senior role, ideally within TaxTech, FinTech, B2B, VAT, or European taxes.
• Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the EU compliance and regulatory landscape, with strong proficiency in risk management and industry best practices.
• Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading and inspiring teams to deliver high-impact compliance projects while driving organisational change and transformation.
