Role - Head of CRM

Salary - up to £60,000 + bonus

Location - Manchester

Work Pattern - Hybrid

Oscar Digital have exclusively partnered with a well-established FinTech company that are expanding their team. Since launching over 20 years ago, they have helped more than 1 million people with their money, and have won many awards along the way.

We are on the hunt for an experienced email marketing specialist, to take ownership of email campaigns for new and existing customers, with a focus on upselling, cross selling, and increasing brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• By developing audience focused marketing and communications plans and leading the execution of these
• A/B test email campaigns.
• Analyse email marketing performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all email campaigns are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely
• Manage consistency of brand and tone of voice in all marketing and communications materials

Requirements

• Proven track record of sucessfully running email campaigns
• Minimum 4 years' experience
