Method Resourcing have partnered with a world-leading, global, specialist financial services business who are aiming to bring in a Head of Cyber with a main focus on cyber insurance products and services.

The role: This role involves representing the company and requires both insurance and consulting experience. You will guide underwriters and high-value clients on cyber risks, help develop new cyber insurance products, and oversee the full product lifecycle, including third-party partnerships.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Lloyd's Market, reinsurance, and retail insurance is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cyber insurance products and current market trends.
• Expertise in security tools and technologies such as firewalls, encryption, and penetration testing.
• Understanding of underwriting practices for cyber risks.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills, able to speak at board level and industry events.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management abilities.
