THE COMPANY

I am working with a fast-paced start-up on a pivotal Head of Data & Insights position. Within this role, you will set the data strategy to align with business objectives, manage 1 BI Analyst and set out analytics initiatives to drive high growth. Please note prior experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is essential.

THE ROLE

The successful Head of Data & Insights responsibilities will include:

• Build and lead a high-performing data team
• Develop and implement a data strategy aligned with business objectives
• Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Leverage data to optimize operations, improve customer experience, and increase profitability
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality and integrity

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Head of Data & Insights will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in building and leading data teams in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data governance
• Expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and predictive modelling
• Proficiency in data tools and technologies, such as AWS, Python, and machine learning frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for data and a drive to deliver impactful results

THE BENEFITS

The successful Head of Data & Insights will receive a salary of up to £110,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
