• Managing a team of 12 Delegate Sales Executives.
• Responsible for Hiring, Firing, Training and Mentoring
• Setting Kpi's along with sales strategy
• Managing Sales pipeline
• Leading from the front 30% personal sales, 70% team management.
• Updating Sales processes 
• Reporting to SLT
• Launching new events
