Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a growing and diverse engineering company in the recruitment of an Engineering Manager.

Our client design and develop a range of products and bespoke engineered solutions for customers in a wide range of traditional and innovative industries.

As Engineering Manager your duties & responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of design engineers
• Leading on the technical development of products and customer solutions
• Coach, mentor, and manage a team of multi-disciplinary design and development engineers
• Hands on leadership of all aspects of design process innovation
• Managing day to day work allocation and project progress
• Providing technical expertise, documentation and reports

The Engineering Manager will need:

• Degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• A good understanding of technical mechanical engineering
• Experience of managing, mentoring or coaching others
• Hands on leadership experience with the ability to grow a team
• Excellent communication and people skills
