Head of Finance - Gifford and Partners : Job Details

Gifford and Partners (GAP) are working with a thriving global manufacturing business, servicing multiple sectors. As a result of much growth and expantion, they are now entrusting GAP to appoint a hands-on Finance Manager/Head of Finance to take charge of our finance function during an exciting period of growth.

The Role: As Finance Manager/Head of Finance, you will:

• Lead financial reporting, produce management accounts, and oversee day-to-day financial operations.
• Implement budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to inform key decisions.
• Collaborate with operational teams and non financial audiences to drive insights and improve project profitability.
• Manage transactional finance, VAT/Tax R&D and statutory reporting.

About You: You'll ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivlant with:

• Strong management accounting and SME experience.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• A hands-on approach, comfortable with both strategic initiatives and day-to-day financial tasks.
