Head of Finance - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Finance to join a prestigious private school in Suffolk.This role directly reports to the Head Teacher, and will be leading on all finance matters for the organisation. Its also offers 50% off school fees!Responsibilities include:

• This will be an all-encompassing role to lead on all aspects of finance, HR and IT matters
• To lead, maintain and develop the financial procedures and systems
• Supporting the Senior Leadership Team and Governors
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures  
• Maintaining a strategic financial plan
• Handling budget monitoring, cash management and forecasting

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative
• Managing key stakeholders
