But this isn't your standard third-sector role and we need someone who can bring commercial rigour and transformation experience from the private sector.What's in it for you:

• South Yorkshire based (3 days on site - leading a large team, so you'll need to be around them in person to work closely to develop and motivate them to perform at their best)

You'll need:

• An accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior level post-qualification experience
• Experience of motivating finance functions to move with the times and into the 21st century
• The ability to explain complex financial concepts to people who don't live and breathe Excel
• Commercial experience (and lots of it from large and complex organisations, this organisation has more in common with a large plc than a small CIC)
