We are partnering with an established and dynamic retail business in Solihull, seeking a Head of Finance to lead their financial planning and analysis (FP&A) operations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling while supporting the executive team in making informed business decisions. With a strong focus on FP&A, you will ensure the company's financial health and future sustainability through insightful analysis and robust financial management.

What is Required

• Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a solid financial management background.
• Experience: 5+ years in senior finance roles, ideally within retail, with a strong focus on FP&A.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
• Leadership: Confident in leading and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration, and driving efficiencies.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in financial systems, advanced Excel, and an excellent grasp of UK financial regulations (IFRS, FRS 102)
