Head of Finance - Communicate Recruitment Solutions LTD : Job Details

Communicate has collaborated with an established group their search for a Head of Finance. The business is in need of a seasoned finance professional and business partner to help build out the commercial capabilities of the team.

The role will report directly into the CFO and hold responsibility for monthly reporting deliverables alongside ensuring the needs of all local markets are met. You will drive the business forward to meet its financial and operational targets.

Operating on a predominantly consumer facing this role will require familiarity with multi-site environments and presents a distinct opportunity to assist a business in their planned expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating core analysis to assist business decision making
• Working with the strategy team on long term business planning
• Ensuring all deliverables are prepared on time and to the highest standard
• Provide commercial decision support for the senior leadership team
• Involvement in further fundraising plans to support long term growth
• Developing cost saving proposals in line with budgeting goals
• Developing a high quality business partnering team upon arrival

Requirements for the role:

• ACA/CIMA Qualifications
• Previous experience in a business partnering function
• Experience in a scaling businesses
