Head of Finance Projects - Robert Walters : Job Details

My client within the Property/Real Estate sector is seeking a Head of Finance Projects to join the business for an initial 6 months to help with a number of ongoing projects within the finance function. Prior experience of driving transformation and enhancement of management reporting will be of benefit in application.

Operating a hybrid model of 3 days in the office, this is a role that will progress quickly, with a January start date.

The Head of Finance Projects will join my client to help drive efficiency and visibility of financial information and insights across the business to support decision making and strategic changes. You will work closely with the Finance Director, to review and understand 'As-is' process and support the business achieving the 'To be' model - utilising the benefit of your experience across previous transformation projects to ensure concise delivery.

Ideally having worked within the core finance function, before moving across into Finance Transformation the Head of Finance Projects will focus on understanding the current model, areas for improvement and the target model to proactively identify existing deficiencies and work with the current road-map to structure and deliver the trans-formative work. With experience of improving Management Reporting, it is expected this aspect of the Transformation project will help spearhead further aspects of the agenda - so the ability to quickly impact and create value will be of paramount importance.

The role will see you working 3 days per week in the London office to suit your commitments and schedule, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across the business.
