Exciting Opportunity: Head of Finance Solution Architecture & O2C Process Improvement

A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced professional to spearhead critical Order to Cash (O2C) process improvements and lead finance solution architecture. This newly created role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of innovative business processes
• Drive O2C functionality enhancements, including CRM integration and online payment facilities
• Simplify and integrate processes across multiple systems (including Oracle and SAP)
• Bridge finance and technology, working with enterprise architects and solution teams
• Potential to expand scope to other process areas in the future

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong finance background (ideally qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Extensive experience in process design, optimization, and improvement
• Deep knowledge of O2C processes, CRM systems, and payment technologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across finance and IT
• Leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities

We Offer:

• Competitive salary: £90,000 - £115,000
• Annual bonus: 20%
• Permanent position

This key position reports directly to the Head of Business Process Excellence and plays a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and service improvement across the organization.
