Head of Finance Systems (Hybrid) - Up to £150k - Legal

Location: Hybrid

Are you an experienced Head of Finance Systems looking for a new challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience in overseeing the management and development of finance systems and financial reporting solutions? Have you previously provided technical expertise for system implementations and upgrades? Do you have a proven track record of working with stakeholders to evolve platforms and drive change? I'm looking to speak with individuals who have experience of working in a professional services environment, ideally with an international remit. Key Responsibilities

Work with key stakeholders to develop and maintain a Finance Systems roadmap

Drive innovation, efficiency and business value through utilising the latest technology

Manage and develop a team of 14 and enhance stakeholder relationships

Implement a continuous improvement mindset, increasing efficiency and reducing costs

Introduce a data led approach to the financial systems team

Oversee the development of systems solutions in alignment with industry requirements

Develop a customer service mindset within your team

The Ideal Candidate

Demonstrable experience of leading a finance systems function

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of all areas of technology

Strategic thinker with an ability to stay calm under pressure

Excellent relationship builder with strong presentation skills

Capable of working in conjunction with high-performing peers

Desired experience with:

Finance Systems - ideally Aderant
