Head of FP&A - Morgan McKinley : Job Details

Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working with a fast growing organisation in the heart of Horsham, West Sussex. Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of FP&A to focus on financial, planning, analysis and strategy to support the company's growth objectives.

This is a newly created opportunity and will have key involvement in implementing a financial planning structure within the group.

Job role: Head of FP&A

Salary: Market rate (competitive)

Location: Horsham, West Sussex - Hybrid working (50% office based)

Duties & responsibilities:

• Working with the executive and leadership team to formulate the businesses financial and strategic plan
• Oversee the development and implementation of financial planning processes
• Identify business growth opportunities, market trends
• Maintain and develop financial models for scenario analysis, investment evaluation and business planning
• Deliver financial analysis and reporting
• Oversee department budgets and forecasts
• Present weekly financial metrics
• Analyse financial and operational results

Key competencies:

• Qualified - ACCA, ACA, OR CIMA / or equivalent
• Strong FP&A experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent systems skills / or experience using Power BI
