Our Public Sector Client is looking for a Governance Lead.

Role Summary

The post holder is responsible for providing professional expertise of the governance arrangements for the organisation particularly in the areas of assurance and risk management. The role will involve:

• Embedding an integrated corporate governance framework through the organisation.
• Managing the development and implementation of an effective risk management framework for the organisation; this will include maintaining the internal risk management framework for the organisation.
• Manage the complaints and incidents corporate reporting framework
• Manage the process for responses to formal Inquiries
• Ensuring secretariat duties for the Governance groups are in place
