Job Title: Head of Group Reporting (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a Head of Group Reporting to join our dynamic and rapidly growing global tech and healthcare business. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the group reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the entire organisation.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group.
• Play a key role in controllership, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Drive process improvements across the reporting function to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage a growing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• ACA qualified (or equivalent) from a Top 10 accountancy practice.
• 1-3 years of industry experience, ideally in a listed company environment.
• Experience auditing listed companies or currently working in a group reporting role within a listed company.
• Strong technical accounting skills and a deep understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• A proactive and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
