About the Role:

You’re a growth marketer at heart, with experience across both performance marketing and CRM. Now, we’re looking for someone like you to lead and define our growth strategy. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention strategies that fuel long-term, sustainable growth. You'll combine performance marketing tactics with CRM initiatives, creating a seamless customer journey and measurable results at every stage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a Comprehensive Growth Strategy: You’ll lead the development of our growth marketing strategy, driving both customer acquisition and retention. This means balancing performance marketing with CRM initiatives, creating strategies that deliver scalable growth and align with the business’s long-term goals.
  • Lead Cross-Channel Campaigns: You’ll plan and execute integrated campaigns that combine paid media (Paid/Organic Search, Social, Display) with CRM tools (Email, SMS, Loyalty), ensuring that every touchpoint across the customer journey is optimised for maximum impact and return.
  • Acquire & Retain Customers: You’ll use a combination of performance marketing and CRM strategies to attract new customers and keep existing ones engaged. By improving customer retention, you’ll increase lifetime value and help build a loyal customer base.
  • Analyse Data & Optimise Campaigns: Data will be at the heart of your decision-making process. You’ll track key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer behaviours to continuously optimise campaigns, ensuring you’re always improving and adapting your strategy.
  • Optimise CRM Programs: Lead the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including email, push notifications, and loyalty programs. You’ll ensure that the right messages reach the right customers, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Manage Budgets & Performance: You’ll oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently between performance marketing and CRM efforts. Your goal will always be to achieve measurable ROI, balancing short-term sales goals with sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Lead & Develop Your Team: As a leader, you’ll mentor and grow a talented team of marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with other departments—such as creative, product, and retail—to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives.

  • Experienced in Growth Marketing: You’ve successfully led growth marketing strategies, with experience across both performance marketing and CRM. You know how to acquire new customers while keeping existing ones loyal, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Focused: You love analysing data and using insights to inform decisions. You know how to track campaign performance, optimise strategies based on metrics, and drive measurable results.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: You’ve led teams before, setting clear objectives, developing talent, and driving collaboration. You know how to inspire your team and ensure everyone is aligned with business goals.
  • CRM Expertise: You’re experienced in developing and executing CRM campaigns that build long-term customer relationships and improve retention. You understand how to use email, loyalty programs, and other channels to engage customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Commercially Savvy: You’ve managed substantial marketing budgets and know how to allocate spend efficiently to achieve growth targets. You’re adept at balancing short-term performance with long-term brand growth.
  • Organised & Agile: You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects while maintaining a sharp focus on growth. You’re adaptable and always looking for new ways to innovate and improve.
