Head of Hard Services role available

A position has arisen for a permanent Head of Hard Services placed within a highly reputable organisation situated in Northamptonshire. This role is responsible for the delivery of Projects & Infrastructure, Building Services, Timetabling & Space Management and Environment & Sustainability. The salary range is between £57K - £66K.
Your duties will include:
- Managing large multi-million-pound projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards
- Engaging with stakeholders at a strategic level to deliver services and provide technical advice and guidance
- Acting as the professional lead for capital works, building services, timetabling, space management, and sustainability
- Providing informed, timely, and accurate advice on all major aspects of Estates Hard and Infrastructure services
- Directing, leading, developing, and motivating all Hard and Infrastructure staff within the department
- Preparing and presenting complex reports pertaining to the built estate to relevant stakeholders
- Chairing internal meetings with external contractors to ensure effective coordination of estate and environmental projects
- Ensuring effective cost management and budgetary control over capital expenditure
- Directing the operational delivery of planned preventative maintenance regimes and environmental upgrades
The successful candidate should have:
- You must have a Construction-related degree or equivalent in surveying, architecture, building services, engineering, or project management
- You must have experience in delivering significant building works projects within time and budget constraints
- You must have previous success in managing a multi-disciplinary workforce
