Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Head of Hospitality will be responsible for the planning, organising, developing and the overall operation of the customer experience across all Hamberley Care Homes.

The post holder will work in partnership with our Senior Leadership Team and Home Managers to ensure the delivery of the highest resident experience across food & beverage, housekeeping and catering. You will be actively involved in seeking resident and relative feedback whilst proactively seeking ways to enhance the experience in all homes.

This is a National position with travel across the Hamberley care homes portfolio and a full driving licence is essential as part of this role.

Could you be part of our team?

The successful applicant will have:

• Recognised qualification in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of one years experience working as Head of Hospitality
• Previous Care Home experience (desirable)
• Experience of managing budgets and purchasing processes
• Ability to coach and/or mentor staff
• A full driving licence
