Head of HR - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

We are delighted to be supporting a thriving organisation based on the outskirts of Ipswich with the recruitment of a Head of HR.  This is a fantastic generalist role where you will have ownership of HR initiatives and operational delivery across the diverse workforce.  This role is based full time in our clients Ipswich offices and has a multi site responsibility.  The successful candidate will cover all areas of HR including employee engagement, recruitment and retention, policies and ER work, payroll, managing a small HR department and all compliance and regulatory matters.Alongside the operational delivery you will also have the opportunity to work alongside the executive team by defining, shaping and delivering the people strategy of the business.Candidates should be well qualified have a broad set of HR experience and ideally have worked in a standalone HR role previously.
