Seeking a highly commercial HR Business Partner/ Head of HR to shape and lead the people agenda within a fast paced organisation in the FMCG/Retail sector. The organisation is looking for a cutting edge HR/ People leader to support the business on all aspects of HR strategy and who can sit as part of the leadership team. Experience of driving performance, uplifting leadership capability and drive effectivenesss is highly desirable for the role. Critical requirements will include:
- Business Partnering multiple Business Leaders and their leadership teams to help define their functional strategy
- Develop and deliver a people strategy with the business area leadership to drive performance and business effectiveness.
- Future proof the organisation with the right skills and capabilities by advising business leaders and agreeing activities for acquisition, succession, retention, early career and high potential development designed to improve business performance.
- Act as a strategic partner to work with business leaders to deploy HR initiatives within their business area. Perform the lead role in culture, organisation design and effectiveness and change management.
- Utilise data analytics to identify trends and drive business critical decisions
- Work in a highly collaborative way to engage the business in critical initiatives on the people agenda.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience of working as an HR Business Partner/Head of HR within a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Extensive experience of driving a people agenda in a transformative environment
- Communicates, challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders with an ability to build constructive relationships in a culturally diverse environment.
- Systemic approach to problem solving and able to convert proposals and ideas into a practical reality.
- Adaptable to changing business needs and understand commercial drivers.
