My client is a globally recognised charity, and they are looking for a Head of HR Operations to lead all central services and support across the organisation. They have multiple sites across London, however this role requires for you to travel between South London locations on a hybrid working model. Local candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Services Manager to oversee human resources, facilities, IT, and key operational functions. This role is integral to maintaining the company's HR, property management and development, IT systems, and compliance. You will be leading a team of 5-6.
