About the Role:

As the Head of IT, you will be at the helm of our Technology department, orchestrating the daily operations and driving the delivery of innovative digital and tech-focused programs and projects. Your mission will be to guarantee that our infrastructure and systems are not only accessible and up to date but also fortified against any threats. Leading a talented team of technology experts, you will oversee our help desk operations, ensuring exceptional service, while nurturing valuable partnerships with our support providers and systems vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion the development and execution of our ambitious Technology and Digital strategy.*

Take charge of high-profile technology projects, ensuring they exceed expectations by being delivered on time and within budget.*

Supervise the IT helpdesk, instilling a culture of quality assurance and continuous enhancement.*

Strategically prepare and manage technology budgets, leading the procurement of cutting-edge hardware, software, and services.*

Safeguard the availability and security of critical systems while expertly managing our network communications.*

Provide exemplary technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring they have access to the right external support whenever needed.*

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft products (such as SharePoint and OneDrive), with an eye for maximizing their potential.*

In-depth knowledge of best practices in cybersecurity methodologies and products to protect our digital landscape.*

Proven experience in managing technology infrastructure, overseeing projects, and leading teams effectively.*

Exceptional operational planning, stakeholder management, and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.*

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Strong relationship management and influencing skills that foster collaboration and results.*

Experience navigating complex organizational structures and matrix environments with finesse.*
