We’re seeking a Head of IT OT Infrastructure Operations & Engineering to spearhead global IT operations and drive cutting-edge innovation in infrastructure services.

As the Head of IT OT Infrastructure Operations & Engineering, you will lead a high-performing global team responsible for delivering robust and secure IT infrastructure solutions across: ? Data Centers

? Servers, Storage & Backup

? Network (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Voice services)

You will shape the strategic agenda, drive operational excellence, and ensure technical advancements in modern technology practices, security, and architecture.

?? Lead a global team (5-10 direct reports, 20 indirect reports) to manage IT infrastructure operations & engineering

?? Ensure high availability, security, and integrity of infrastructure services

?? Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvements

?? Oversee IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution

?? Manage a budget of approx. $10M USD for IT infrastructure services

?? Partner with IT leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business needs

?? Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the IT organization

? 10+ years of IT leadership experience in global infrastructure operations

? Expertise in VMware vSphere, Windows & Linux Servers, Storage, and Backup

? Strong understanding of network architecture, security, and cloud networking

? Proven track record in managing global IT teams & vendor relationships

? Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency, automation, and simplification

? Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

? Fluency in English & German (Business level)
