As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll drive the company's IT and development strategy while overseeing key infrastructure projects. You’ll manage two C# software developers, optimising development processes and shaping the future of the team’s growth, whether in-house or outsourced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT strategy with a 50/50 focus on development and management.
• Oversee and grow the C# development team; decide the best approach to scaling.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability.
• Collaborate with business units, aligning technology initiatives with company goals.
