Head of Learner Services

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Head of Learner Services to work at a local College in Hull, starting ASAP and lasting until at least Easter 2025, but with the potential to become a permanent role in the future. Working hours will be between 8:30 and 4:30, and this none teaching role comes with a salary with of £42,104.

This role is imperative to the college, holding a vital role in maintaining the highest level of customer service for learners, ensuring that the customers are happy with their needs fulfilled. You will be responsible for implement a strategy for all levels of customer and learner service, from first contact with the college, to the learner journey in the college. You will provide support on admissions, IAG and Careers advice. You will also work with the marketing team to develop the college Alumni Service. Located within Hull this school is easily accessible from most areas of Hull on via the car. There is a large onsite car park for staff that is free to use and there are always spaces. This school has a fantastic reputation in the local area. For this role, up to date knowledge of the FE sector, especially with regard to policy is important for this role. Experience in customer service is also imperative in this position.

• Have experience working within schools in the UK.
• Has experience supporting within UK schools
• Has experience within an FE environment
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
