Overview

We are recruiting for a Head of Legacy, the role responsible for coordinating global strategy for retrospective solutions (Growth, Execution Strategy, Training and Best Practice) and works in coordination with the Customised Solutions Practice Centre, regional leadership & Global Client teams. 

How you'll make an impact

The ultimate owner of the retrospective product strategy for all geographies

Coordinates with members of the Customised Solutions Practice and production teams across all geographies, overseeing efforts to

    • Originate opportunities
      • Devises and agrees engagement strategies for prospects
      • Works alongside the production exec, client advocates and client teams to initiate contact and articulate our value proposition
      • Where appropriate, utilizes own contacts to further the corporate objectives
    • Execute transactions
      • Coordinates client dialogue in conjunction with the client team and client advocate
      • Ensures the appropriate supporting resource are deployed throughout the execution process
      • Sets project timelines and marketing strategies to ensure the successful execution of retrospective engagements, in accordance with agreed Best Practice

About You

Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
