Role Summary
This role is responsible for the governance, risk, overall compliance and legal expertise enabling the business to deliver our financial, operational and service objectives. it will have oversight of all case management, processes and procedures to ensure KPIs are achieved within process, regulatory and approved benchmarks and growth opportunities secured.
Overarching control for 'Probate work' and 'Estate Administration', ensuring the preparation of papers to apply for a grant of probate or letters of administration and Estate Administration by following a grant of probate or letters of administration, collecting in the assets of an estate, settling the liabilities and distributing the remainder in accordance with a will or letters of administration. This role will ensure all activities within the service catalogue are scoped, planned and delivered as per the scope, and required timeframe.
