Head of Lettings - Chelsea - GKR International : Job Details

Our client is one of the most recognisable businesses in London property and have been growing since their inception 50 years ago.Due to an internal relocation, they are looking for a Manager to continue to develop their highly ambitious and credible PCL Lettings team.You will be leading a team that has been delivering £750k+ in Lettings revenue recently and you will be expected to continue this trajectory if not deliver in excess of these numbers.Package:£40,000-£45,000 basic salary£5,000-£6,000 car allowance10% office over rideAnnual bonusMultiple corporate benefits including Private Medical, industry leading Pension etc
