Head of Management Accounts - Twentyfour Recruitment Group : Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) to join our international client in the hospitality sector. This role will lead the reporting of multiple subsidiary companies in the group including budget and forecasts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified experienced accountant who is looking to get a broad exposure to accounting and financial management of a growing international business.

Work type: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Duties:

• Ownership of the month end processes and monthly reporting.
• Consolidating company cash flows, monthly management accounts and budgets/forecasts.
• Develop and maintain internal controls
• Safeguard the financial assets of the Group
• Ensure the company financial systems and processes are robust, compliant and support current activities
• Process payments through online banking
• Lead and mentor a team
• Liaise with auditors and provide information and analysis as required.
• Support CFO and other staff as and when needed.

Experience required

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA with post-qualification experience.
• Proven leadership and team motivation/coaching skills.
• Excellent written & oral communication.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding numerical skills.
• Knowledge of SAGE
• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a 'can do’ attitude.
