Head of Marketing - rthirteen recruitment : Job Details

R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join abrilliant property business. You will be responsible for overseeing the businesses’ entire marketing operation, growing brand awareness through a progressive and effective marketing strategy.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday, based out of the Norwich or East Norfolk office, and is offering a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

• Overseeing the marketing operation, including the direct management of the marketing team, and managing the department budget.
• Developing and implementing a successful marketing strategy, keeping up to date with marketing trends, focusing on social media marketing to drive brand awareness.
• Ensuring a cohesive marketing ad PR function across social media platforms and company website.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners on campaigns and events.

You will have/be

• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within an in-house marketing team.
• Strong experience with social media marketing, and ability to create a variety of content, including video, photography and content copy.
• Solid experience developing and overseeing marketing strategy from conception to delivery.
• Monitoring campaign and strategy analytics, and producing regular reports.
