About the Role:As Head of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the agency's marketing strategy, leading a passionate team, and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth and brand visibility. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, whilst working in a hybrid model with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the agency's growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and client acquisition efforts.
• Work closely with senior management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to stay ahead of industry developments.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring teams.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
