Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the strategic marketing direction across the UK and North America. Own the marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. Analyse market trends, growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the UK and NA Marketing Managers, ensuring cohesive, data-driven efforts aligned with company growth objectives. Manage global resource, monitor and drive performance. foster a high performing culture and encourage accountability and creativity.
  • Campaign Management: Elevate the company brand, maximize ROI, and ensure operational efficiency. Lead the development of high impact multi-channel campaigns. Ensure continuous improvement in marketing efforts
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to drive performance and achieve marketing goals.  Serve as a key strategic partner to the Global Marketing Director.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Over 7 years in a senior marketing role with a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of the full marketing mix (digital, print, PR, and events).
  • Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance management to optimize marketing performance.
