Description

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the development of new products from conception to launch.
• Leading cross-functional teams in the creation and implementation of NPD strategies.
• Managing the product development budget and resource allocation.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends to inform product development decisions.
• Monitoring and reporting on NPD performance.
• Line management responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG/Consumer industry.
• Demonstrable leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of the gifting market is preferable
• Strong analytical abilities and project management skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Offer

A salary of £65,000 - £75,000 is on offer for the successful candidate
