OverviewAre you ready to lead a thriving office to new heights? Our Chelmsford Office of 30 people, generates around $11m of business each year. As our Head of Office, with 12 direct reports, you’ll be the driving force behind the strategic vision. Ultimately, you’ll lead an office which is celebrated for its exceptional staff satisfaction and motivated team.

This pivotal role is designed for a leader who excels in people management and team development, propelling business growth and playing a vital role in sustaining our robust community presence and client relationships.
Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR):
This role falls under the FCA’s SM&CR, which means that as a minimum, your fitness and propriety to perform the role will be assessed and submitted annually to the FCA. We will issue your certificate prior to performing the role and at least annually thereafter.
