Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding

Provision of Regulatory Onboarding solution, focused on business-as usual, pre-trade elements, across:

• KYC
• Dodd Frank
• EMIR
• FATCAIAEOI

• Life-cycle management including
  • Periodic KYC Review,
  • Delivery of associated regulatory remediation topics,
  • Managing all necessary portfolio and Relationship Management controls,
  • Implementation of Filiere Tiers/FS-driven initiatives,
  • Rolling programme of wider continuous improvement
  • initiatives, to enhance efficiency and integrity

• Project Management
  • Manage and deliver a variety of projects related to Regulatory Development and Continuous Improvement of the core service

• Onboarding Knowledge
  • Maximising adoption of Onboarding 'best-practices' through constant interaction with clients, peers and industry bodies, including ‘automatized’ solutions
  • Establishing and maintaining strong knowledge of regional Onboarding practices and regulatory requirements,
  • Representation in all relevant regulatory adherence meetings and committees,

• Talent Management
  • Effectively manage and develop all Team members, both permanent and non-permanent, to maximise productivity, and ensure continuous teaming and growing, both as individuals, and as a Team

Experience required :

Practical KYC/AML experience across new Onboarding, review, remediation and life-cycle management. To include;

• CDD/EDDf Trigger events

• PEP/RCA's

• Beneficial Ownership, FINCEN, etc.

• Fund structures

Experience dealing with a broad range of counter-parties, particularly financial institution clients, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds.
