Head of Online Marketing - B2C - Manchester
Head of Online Marketing, with excellent experience in online marketing within B2C, e-commerce, and a passion for driving B2C brands and products forward in the dynamic digital marketplace is required by a leading online retail company based in Manchester. They work in the luxury goods sector, so any experience in this area would be a bonus.

Experience required:
- At least 3 - 5 years as a Head of Online Marketing, with strong B2C e-commerce marketing knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, within the B2C retail /consumer goods / physical product
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, SEO, PPC, and email marketing software.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
As the Head of Online Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's B2C presence in the digital sphere, driving engagement, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Head up and lead the strategic planning and execution of B2C marketing projects across various digital platforms.
- Manage a small online marketing team of copywriters, content producers etc.
- Oversee & manage written copy for marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives.
This position is mostly office-based in Manchester, with occasional flexibility for remote work.
