Head of Operational/ Commercial Finance - Axon Moore Group Ltd : Job Details

We are looking for a Head of Operational/Commercial Finance to join a dynamic Owner-Managed Manufacturing business with a continually growing turnover £250m++. As the right hand to the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the finance function, enhancing decision-making processes, and optimising weekly P&L accuracy. Key responsibilities include business partnering with the Factory Manager, spearheading process improvements, managing labour variances, refining Costings, BOM management, and collaborating with Buyers on supplier rebates.
