Location: Head Office, CoventrySalary: Up to 60KWorking Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7)

Our client is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join their fast-paced team and oversee complex, multi-venue event plans across the UK, from London to Burnley (and everywhere in between!). Whether it’s Premier League football matches or high-profile events like Silverstone F1 and summer festivals, you’ll be at the forefront, ensuring smooth operations from traffic management to security and stewarding.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and mentor a talented operations team
• Lead service lines like Event Traffic Management, SIA Security, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, and Event Parking
• Create event packs, including risk assessments and crowd management plans
• Coordinate resources and equipment, managing company stock, vehicles, and uniforms
• Drive innovation in event operations and attend industry events like FSOA & SGSA
• Work closely with HR to handle staffing, recruitment, and welfare for a large workforce
• Ensure compliance with British Standards, legal requirements, and industry guidelines

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in an operational/events environment
• Proven leadership with a track record of coaching and mentoring teams
• Willingness to go above and beyond to support the company’s growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS applications with attention to detail
• A UK Driving Licence (extensive travel required)
• Desirable qualifications: L4 Spectator Safety, SIA DS Licence, Lantra 12D M6
